Terms
Last updated October 11, 2026
By using Folioyard you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose. Read the privacy policy too.
Your pages are yours
You keep the rights to everything you put on a page. By publishing it, you let us store and show it at its link so people can see it. You can unpublish or delete it at any time.
What you can’t publish
- Phishing, scams, malware, or anything that tricks people into giving up information.
- Pretending to be someone else, or a brand or company you don’t represent.
- Work you don’t have the right to share, like someone else’s music or art.
- Anything illegal, or anything that harasses, threatens, or exploits people.
If a page breaks these rules, we may take it down or close the account behind it. Anyone can report a page using the “report” link at its bottom corner.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. Keep your Google account secure, since it’s how you sign in. You’re responsible for what’s published from your account.
No guarantees
Folioyard is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your pages safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or never lose data. Keep a backup of anything important; Settings in the editor can download one. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using Folioyard.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Questions go to privacy@folioyard.site.
